Once a vehicle has been set for deletion the record can no longer be accessed
unless the Magic number is known.
When a CRM record is searched which is set for deletion, an * is displayed against the
record in the search display:
If the record is selected, the following message appears:
However, if the magic number of the record is known, this can be entered and editable
access to the record is allowed.
