Duplicate vehicles
– Reg no.
This report displays vehicle records which have been created more than
once with the same registration number within CRM database. For each
vehicle identified, a single line will be displayed, showing the information
for the first and subsequent records found including vehicle record
number and chassis number, together with who created the record. In
addition it will show the status of the vehicle in each case

Displays vehicle records which have been created more than once with
the same chassis number within CRM database. For each vehicle
identified, a single line will be displayed, showing the information for the
first and subsequent records found including vehicle record number and
registration number, together with who created the record. In addition it
will show the status of the vehicle in each case.
Duplicate
customers
Displays customer records which have been created more than once
within the CRM database. For each customer identified, a single line will
be displayed, showing information for the first and subsequent records
including customer record number, name and address.
Duplicate
companies
Displays company records which have been created more than once
within the CRM database. For each company identified, a single line will
be displayed, showing the information for the first and subsequent
records found including company record number, name and address.
Incorrect vehicle
records
Prints incomplete vehicle records where any of the franchise, model,
variant, colour, trim, registration / chassis number, registration, last
service and MOT date fields are blank together with who created the
record.
Incorrect
customer records
Prints incomplete customer records where the title, surname, address,
postcode, home and work telephone number fields are blank. This
report is similar to report id K57 where system checks are undertaken
based on the letters flag
