STEP 1
To create a Vehicle record, select the option Create.
STEP 2
If more than one location exists when taking the option to Create a choice of locations
to allocate a dealership to the vehicle record is presented.
STEP 3
Enter the vehicles registration number. If a vehicle record exists already which has
not been found during the search (e.g. another vehicle record with a matching
registration) the system will prompt:
At this stage, if the vehicle record exists, re-input the correct registration number or
cancel from the vehicle record to search again.
STEP 4
Enter the required fields within the Vehicle tab.
