Selection Criteria Reports
14. Introduction
If the user9s login is assigned to a customer record they will be presented with a list of My Customers. This can
be particularly useful for sales executives when they are prospecting particular customers.
The screen details: Name, Address, Telephone numbers, E-mail and Company position for each record. Any
telephone numbers shown in Blue shows that this is the preferred contact telephone number. Left clicking on the
required record will automatically drill into the customer record.
