Letter Shortcuts
It is possible to use a pre-defined letter shortcut to search the list. On the right hand
side of the screen a list of letters are displayed:
These can be used to jump to the beginning of a selection of
customer9s. For example if C-D is selected, the customer list will
automatically show the first customer9s surname which begins with C
and if the shortcut is selected again, the first surname beginning with D
is then displayed. This allows quick searching if the My Customers list
has many entries.
STEP 4
Once the required customer is found, left clicking the customer will drill into the record:
