Within the Customer tab entering information such as Title, Initials, First name,
Surname, Salutation and Address can be typed in upper or lower case, the system will
convert the data into the correct format. To leave the format of the text as originally
typed a 8#9 symbol can be used at the beginning of the field, e.g. #TELFORD.
