Creating a Diary Entry
1. Introduction
The diary shows various types of contacts: follow-ups which are due, outstanding vehicle preparations and
general diary entries. Follow-ups will be highlighted in Green for contacts due either today or in the future or in
Red if the follow-up is overdue. A system parameter can be used to set a benchmark of where follow-ups can
become overloaded. These will be shown in Bold Red text.
By click on Help followed by Legend from the toolbar, a colour key can be displayed detailing the different types of
diary entries.
