Other Things to Think About
•
If the CRM prospects are to be entered from an enquiry form a review of the current dealership enquiry
form may be needed to capture all the relevant information required.
•
Confirm the dealership/group policy for marketing activity.
•
Decide on what regular database maintenance is needed; review the Kerridge Database Cleansing
Menu which can be found in the Reports and Enquiries menu. A decision should be made on how often
various reports should be run. A suggestion is listed below but it must be stressed that other reports could
be added and can be run to tailor to the individual needs:
DAILY
• Inputting of Contacts/Follow-ups
• Checking created CRM records – Incorrect Customer, Company and Vehicle reports will look for missing
information.
• CRM Letters
WEEKLY
• Overdue Contact Report
• Duplicate Customer, Company and Vehicle Reports
• CRM Letters
• Unattached vehicles report
